Teddy Bear Picnic
Students plan and organize a teddy bear picnic in their classroom as a welcome
for the ImagiNations teddy bear. They create a web of things to do, food to
eat and games to play.
Weather Chart
While the ImagiNations teddy bear is in their class, students record the weather
each day and make predictions on what weather to expect. They make recommendations
on what the teddy bear should wear for the predicted weather. The weather information
is included in the teddy bear’s box and sent along to the next school.
Bear Study
Students research the life, habitat, food, appearance and enemies of bears.
The information gathered is put into a class chart for reference.
