Group Presentation
Students work cooperatively with others in a small group to prepare
a presentation about the ImagiNations teddy bear. One student constructs a banner
with the teddy bear’s name on it, while two students construct a diorama
showing what the teddy bear’s home might look like. A fourth student makes
a poster about the teddy bear.
Research Project
Students research one of the places the ImagiNations teddy bear has been during
his travels. Students find out what he would have eaten while he was there,
what activities he would have done in his spare time and so on. Students work
in groups to gather information from many sources, such as the Internet, the
box the teddy bear traveled in and books.
Questionnaire
Students work in pairs to create a questionnaire to send to other students in
the ImagiNations program. The questionnaire, when completed, further informs
the students of where the ImagiNations teddy bear has visited.
