Community Family Tree
Students will use indefinite time concepts such as past, present, future, long
ago, before and after to create a history of their community. Students are encouraged
to talk to the elderly in their communities to find pictures of what their community
used to look like and what it looks like now. Students create a booklet of the
information they have gathered, and one or two may be chosen to include in the
ImagiNations teddy bear box.
