In order to submit your lesson activity or collaborative learning project to the SMARTer Kids Foundation, the following conditions must be read and agreed upon by the sender.

Conditions:
By submitting my lesson activity to the SMARTer Kids Foundation of Canada, I represent that such lesson activity has been developed solely by me and has not been copied from any other source, except where indicated and where the requisite consent has been obtained. I hereby assign all copyright (including all associated moral rights) in and to the lesson activity to the SMARTer Kids Foundation. I understand that the Foundation may use my lesson activity (i) in any manner; (ii) in any media form whatsoever; (iii) without any compensation to me; (iv) without any obligation of confidentiality; and (v) with or without recognition of me, as SMART in its sole discretion may choose. The SMARTer Kids Foundation shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of my lesson activity or any associated materials submitted by me. I also understand that the Foundation may choose not to use my lesson activity. In any case, the Foundation is under no obligation to return any materials submitted by me as my lesson activity and any associated materials become the property of the SMARTer Kids Foundation upon submission by me.
