What are your beliefs
about teaching?
"Teaching and learning are dynamic factors of human development.
We all inherently love to learn, explore and grow. As teachers, we have
the joyful responsibility of helping all children on their ever-changing
journey through education and learning."
How are your beliefs
incorporated in your teaching style?
"I try to have all units focused on student-generated projects. If
all goes well, I am in the background serving as a catalyst and facilitator."
What is your greatest
teaching accomplishment?
"Every graduation watching proud young men and women walk confidently
into the future prepared to meet life's challenges and to contribute to
society."
What's the most
critical issue facing educators today and what do you think can be done
to resolve this issue?
"The most critical issue facing educators today is replacing veteran
educators with strong, talented and committed teachers. This can be solved
through public dialogue and shared trust, leading to truly recognizing
professional educators' skills and knowledge through increased stature
and compensation."
Inspirational thought
"You have but a short time to impact a student's life. Make every
moment count."
