Teachers, guests and sponsors enjoyed
a casual "getting-to-know-you"
dinner at Jurys Washington Hotel
After a productive day of technology training, what better
way to cap off the day than relaxing with a casual dinner with colleagues
and family. The SMARTer Kids Foundation was honored to host an opportunity
for teachers and program sponsors to better get to know one another.
In attendance were the National Teacher of the Year, the National Nominees
and their guests. Also present were representatives from co-sponsors of
the National Teacher of the Year program, the CCSSO and Scholastic, Inc.
and representatives from Teaching Excellence Award supporting partners,
SMART Technologies, NEC Solutions America, Visual Systems Division
and AlphaSmart, Inc.
