"All Children Can Learn".

My philosophy in action
Because I believe that All Children Can Learn, I demonstrate it in my delivery of instruction in my classroom. I provide different teaching style in my classroom so that I can capture all of the different types of learners.

My greatest teaching accomplishment
Having an ESL student in class with no English at all, at the end of the year, he was able to speak English.

NCLB.
