Lodi High School earning the "Hintz Award for Excellence in Speech" 16 consecutive years.

The most critical issues facing educators today
During a time of limited resources and increased class size, it is becoming increasingly challenging to manage our classrooms in a manner that builds and maintains a positive climate where students feel safe and can reach their potential.

Ways to resolve this issue
Meaningful staff development opportunities that provide effective strategies in classroom management and non-coercive discipline models.

One thought to inspire teachers to succeed
We are in the most important job there is, and the most difficult one. Always put the children first. Believe in them. Trust them. Allow them to become your partners in the learning process. Wonderful things will happen.

One lesson every student should learn
Every child brings value to the classroom.
