Celebration Dinner Hosted by the SMARTer Kids Foundation

On the evening of April 19, 2005, the SMARTer Kids Foundation and its co-sponsors were delighted to host a relaxing dinner for the 2005 National Teacher of the Year Nominees and their guests in Washington. Held at the Holiday Inn on Capitol Hill, the evening was a social opportunity for teachers and sponsors to get to know one another outside the technology training rooms.

Representatives from the Foundation and each of its co-sponsoring companies congratulated the teachers and thanked them for their invaluable contributions to education. A teacher-feature photo tribute gave everyone a sneak peak into the classrooms of America’s top teachers.
