On the evening of April 25, 2007, the SMARTer Kids Foundation were delighted to host a relaxing dinner for the 2007 National Teacher of the Year nominees and their guests in Washington, DC. Held at the lovely Westin Washington Hotel in downtown DC, the evening was a social opportunity for teachers, sponsors, and guests to get to know one another outside the technology training rooms.

Representatives from the Foundation and SMART Technologies Inc. congratulated the teachers and thanked them for their invaluable contributions to education.

A teacher-feature photo tribute gave everyone a sneak peak into the classrooms of America's top teachers.
