Teaching Excellence Awards Yearbook

Welcome to the Teaching Excellence Awards (TEA) yearbook. The SMARTer Kids Foundation launched the TEA program in September 2001, with the goal of recognizing teachers who have made a significant impact on their students, schools and communities, and rewarding them by giving them leading-edge technology to reach their teaching goals. Since then, the Foundation has met many teachers who’ve shared their experiences, challenges, and successes in the classroom.
