Applications must be received prior to midnight (MST) on December 20, 2008. Grants must be utilized by December 31, 2008.

To apply for the PREP Grant from the SMARTer Kids Foundation of Canada (the “Foundation”), please complete the following application. This three-part application takes approximately 20–30 minutes to complete and will be evaluated by a Foundation-appointed grant application committee.

Assistance in completing your PREP Grant application is available from the Foundation (1.866.288.0454 and info@smarterkids.org) or from a preferred reselling partner (PRP): http://www.smarterkids.org/k12/prep/resellers.asp.

The PREP Grant may only be applied to the suggested list price of eligible SMART products. It may not be used in conjunction with any other price-reducing offers from the Foundation's sponsors or government contracts. The Grant amount and suggested list price will be confirmed upon Grant approval. Your PRP may add taxes, shipping, installation and training costs, as you may agree.

IMPORTANT
All information must be completed for processing. Please have the following information ready before you begin the PREP Grant application process:

	Select your PRP
	Determine if your institution or facility is accredited
	Determine if your institution or facility is not-for-profit
	Prepare your 250-word essay ahead of time and cut and paste it into the application. You will be asked to describe how your institution or facility plans to use SMART products and why it would like to receive a PREP Grant.
